Sophie Todman
Sophie graduated from RMIT University with a Double Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences/Applied Sciences (Osteopathy). She moved from Launceston, Tasmania to Melbourne, Victoria in 2015 to pursue her studies and has since found home within the northern suburbs and surrounds.

Sophie allows the time to listen to her patients, and treats the whole patient, taking into consideration all factors of a persons wellbeing that may influence pain. Her choice of hands-on techniques usually involve dry needling, soft-tissue massage, stretching and mobilising techniques such as muscle energy technique, articulation, and HVLA.

Sophie shares a passion of both women’s health advocation and maintaining functionality in the ageing demographic.
