Our primary focus at Functn Health Group is to provide succinct, high-quality healthcare to all our patients as well as the highest level of care possible.

We are driven to combine elite manual therapy with detailed strength and movement-based coaching. We strive to educate all our patients in every aspects of their journey including clarity in diagnosis, exposure to best practice and setting real expectations all whilst ensuring they enjoy their rehab experience.
OUR CORE VALUES
Firstly, through a detailed case history and physical assessment we aim to evaluate your needs to ensure the best results possible.
Our hands-on therapists then aim to modulate and alleviate pain by relieving tension in tissues and encouraging access to desired joint range of motion through a variety of trained techniques.
Lastly, our skilled practitioner's will program and guide you through your movement retraining and muscle strengthening needs, taking place in our onsite Clinical Pilates Studio and Boutique Rehabilitation Gym to restore optimal function.
